Espanyol holding the mighty Barca in La Liga has allowed Atletico Madrid to take over at the top!! If Simeone leaves AM the race for his services will be interesting!!

So, Benteke, Milner and Lallana could come good once Klopp has established a style/pattern on your team?

Ah so when your point is knackered you try and divert.

Spurs. .. Southampton. ... early credible draws. As he came in

The ONLY game you can be on about is west brom..... 1-0 up on Klopp's plan and Mingolet absolutely throws on in of a set piece. Then the usual suspects panic and throw another in and West brom play 30% anti football.

The thing is the same reasons why Klopp needs to buy were very evident the same 3 number 10s playing terribly narrow... the same old same old.

So while Klopp is trying to boost the egos and confidence of players I've pointed out that bogdan... not his signing... Mingolet. .. not his signing.... sahko... not his signing and back a day from injury all flogged goals letting him down.

Just as you keep flogging a dead horse

In short Klopp needs 3 players this window he can rely on to do what he is instructing and then get as good a result as possible and he needs a bit of time with the team to work on some areas which should be better.

    Quite simple.

The only single game where I think he's been disappointing is Watford as he'd a week to prepare the team and they came out and once bogdan ****ed it they threw all that away.

I didn't agree with skertl being replaced by lucas as we got no width and frankly I could defend against the players up front and wide.

If a manager says I want intensity from the kick off and players stroll round then a banger is entitle to

    A) drop them
    B) replace them

Thus far Klopp has tried different formations and players and frankly the likes of lallana and firmino have not improved things at all in place of for example benteke. He's tried lucas and can and henderson and milner and none can grab a midfield battle by the scruff of the neck.... Maybe he should try be a loser and get out of Europe and cups and play one a week like van Gaal.

Who knows maybe a few sides will go manager less when they play us and we can talk up the results like they mean a great year is in the offing.

All the best playing newkie. Remember they are total **** cos they beat us and you should be beating them.
(Even if arsenal had to go all out at home to get a narrow win)

Lallana is an excellent player, outstanding even .......... for one of the PL lesser teams. Would be brilliant for Bournemouth or Palace for example but he is not a player for a club with aspirations to win the Europa and/or Top 4 as I don't think he has the mentality.

Talking of Lallana, could he be an inspirational signing for a Championship side aiming for promotion. I'm thinking Derby, Brighton, Boro, Leeds United, Sheffield Wednesday even given his background with Southampton.

Hasn't got the mentality nor the game intelligence to play at the highest level.

It's a shame because he has pretty much everything else.

Think thats the case with most of the players signed under Rogers; Mignolet, Lallana, Lovren, Benteke, Lambert, Enrique, Allen all looked good to very good before we bought them as they were playing at their level. At clubs with less pressure and lower expectations.

No need to get yourself worked up fella. All you've done is reconfirm the point that Klopp isnt very good at getting the best out of a group of players that should be beating teams with lesser squads. I'm not suggesting he should be criticised for performances against Barcelona which you seem to be making out, but with the players you have they are good enough for a manager to do better against the likes of Rubin at home, Newcastle, Sion at home, West Brom at home, Palace at home, a poor Saints side at home and even yesterday against a Hammers side that plays football in a manner that even Klopp cant make excuses about.

But hey, if you want to defend your manager's mediocrity, as some livpl fans often do at this stage of a new appointment, crack on <whistle>

    Keep trying truble.

All this after one win v a managerless relegation threatened side... you must have been holding it in for ages.

All it does is confirm how much you lot fear Klopp as a manager.
