Love the moniker. I'm thinking of changing mine to 'Pleasenottaylor'

For those who like a little debate between different clubs have a look at the Man City board - they do not seem to have any fans

They have one who goes on other boards - decent bloke actually. Think he calls himself Paul Power's left foot and doubtless he will find his way over at some point. It is strange though.

The biggest surprise is people saying we (fans) were being very aggressive and volatile - never thought I hear that said about an atmosphere at the Vic!

Usually its "did we hear a peep out of them etc"

You fans were wanting everything their own way and got loud and pissed off when it didn't go the way they wanted ...and there is nothing wrong with that...homes fans should make things hard for the opposition and referees...makes for a great atmosphere
Happy new year to you all

Evenly would have sufficed. Not okay for the so called big time players to get in the referees face and less for the referee to be included by and do nothing about it.
Was a great atmosphere and I think we Hornets are looking forward to setting the record straight at the Lane. I shall be there doing my bit. Hey ho long past time to move on. Focusing on Citeh!
Happy New Year to you too.

vic, hello. I was not wumming you or any Watford supporters. Why on earth did you bring your opinions of Spurs into my comment about Watford? What does my team have to do with my comment. Can't I post things as I see them?
I said after the Chelsea match that if my team gained a point against relegation strugglers by a deflection and a penalty then I'd be concerned about what it would do against the top table teams. I voiced that concern for your team. You have scored one goal from real open play in the last four Watford have scored, today's being an own goal. I voiced concern about Spurs' misfiring forwards when we were doing the same thing.

vic, why the anger from you? Why the negativity about my team? Can't a poster post things about other teams even if his own team isn't doing that well? Now you've lost two at home and I voiced a concern for you that your season could fizzle out. Again why the anger? I am not and never do Wum. I go onto other boards with my views and that's all I gave you, my views. I was asked if I spent Christmas laughing at orphanages. Why the sarcasm? One of your supporters said he was sure you'd bounce back, I didn't want to answer him and therefore disappoint him.
I challenge you to tell me where I was wumming. I merely pointed out that you should be concerned about the way things are going.
I have been following football since 1961 and next to nothing happens which I haven't seen happen many times before. You're not obliged to take in what I post, I just thought I'd post it ok. For goodness sake learn to take constructive criticism about your team.

I think we will be fine based on recent performances.

True we have lost 2 in a row but played fairly well so have the confidence we will pick up results against not so top quality sides..

Chelsea aren't exactly your average relegation threatened side - they surely won't be down there all seson?

Ofcourse if we perform poorly and lose games then doubts will naturally creep in but as I say we are playing well enough in my view to at least maintain a mid- table position...

Chelsea are only two points above the drop zone Mark, they are relegation candidates this season. I voiced these doubts three matches ago and for some reason angered some Watford supporters. Yes, you might pick up points against lesser sides but they aren't as many as once were but I said what would you do against the form teams and the concerns which I pointed out you should be looking at were mocked but have come true.

I went onto the Liverpool board a few weeks ago saying I don't think Klopp will be there very long and that caused anger. Why? Merely an opinion, NOT provocation and neither was it provocation for you.

I looked at the way the point was gained against Chelsea and said it was by luck and that luck like that won't continue, FORM MUST BE FOUND.

Sigh, really Bloother, why? Luck against strugglers isn't a good sign for things to come against form teams, not just for Watford but for ALL teams.
Watford have made an impact this season so I'm watching them.I'm looking at strengths and weaknesses and just found a weakness and that's all.

You talk about Form teams in our last 8 games we have 13 points that puts us 5th with Arsenal top on 16pts . No team has out played us ( apart form a 30 min period) when Arsenal looked world class .Should we be concerned being 8 th to say 14th at the end of the season . i know a lot of spurs fans that are very worried, That they will not be the top London side if Arsenal win the league and the prospects for west ham . Chelsea will come back the you have the up and coming Watford . That could put the Spurs back in 4/5th best team in London . Which i know you have seen in the past .So as you can see we are not worried we are looking forward onward and upward COYH

13 points in your last 8 but what about in your next 8 brian. I applaud your optimism but I repeat that this has nothing to do with Spurs, it's about Watford.

Ok Bloother. I looked as far as your two matches after Chelsea and what I thought would happen did. Good luck for the rest of the season.

Ok so in the next 8 we only get 10 points then we are safe with 10 games to go .Please explain why we should worry, unless you think we have done so well need to be in Europe . Unlike a lot of other EPL clubs we are not worried we feel we will get stronger

I just feel that you've risen a little too quickly brian, that's all and the momentum will weaken.

The so called experts have been saying that since we have had our new owners. "having 4 managers in 12 months " not giving the manager that got us promoted a new contract .Bring in a new manager then 15 new players , "Watford will go down with the lowest number of points in a season . the bookmakers made us odds on to go down .If we have a dip in form why should we worry ?
