My sole raison d'etre now is forcing the 3 Belgians out. I have almost totally lost interest in the team because it isn't a real Charlton team, it's a franchise comprising raw unready kids and foreign duds.
I have been like this for a long time. Was up at 5 for Burnley last Saturday. Had a cracking day out with friends, the football is incidental now and the sooner we go down the better. I'm hoping that will force the Belgians to sell up, although heaven forbid if they don't as then up to now will be considered a picnic.
He already is the Charlton Coach, I heard he was given a two year contract. This interim business is a load of bollocks. They are probably waiting for our next win to announce it.
A 2 year contract would go against his usual practice - which is why I have my doubts. It's usually rolling/18 months to save on cost when he sacks them
Fraeye showed his ineptitude when he hauled off Jacko and replaced him with TH-D. Then putting Solly in midfield???? I blame Carol for TH-D's sending-off 100%. OK the kid did well at RB as a stop-gap when Solly was injured, but FFS Solly was playing today, and he got shunted to CM to accommodate TH-D at RB!!! The man's a buffoon.
Hunting for a win and he brought on a centre half and put him in midfield. Regardless of the fact we were down to ten that didn't make sense to me. Push Solly back to full back and get on with it. We also left two men back for the last few corners in stoppage time. That said Williams seemed to compose a few of the youngsters; looks like he could be a good addition in the short term.
