We all make mistakes and you nailing your bollocks to the cross for those two ****ing mules was yours mate ;)

Milner has 3 times as many goals as that 'Wurrrld class' talent tbf like and the same number of assists, despite you calling one a donkey and the other a world beater <laugh>

Benteke scores goals and is a good striker, his confidence is shot as he's being scapegoated and you're not playing to his strengths. Despite that, his return has been decent.

Firmino and Markovic have £59m of LFC's cash invested in them and the pair don't look worth a toss at the present.

You keep hoping for a miracle though pal ;)

That's a fair point mate - if only Firmino and Markovic had featured on MOTD before they joined LFC, your opinion would be different.

Those foreign leagues are so deceptive.

    Hahaha, the Hoffenheim devote speaks.

No need to be embarrassed mate, just remember Football Manager and FIFA isn't real life bud.

Re the last point.. my initial comment was going to be most of them have always had a star player to pass the buck onto, be it Gerrard or Suarez over the last X amount of years but then looking at the team, Benteke was the star player in his team, Lallana was captain of his, Firmino was the star of Hoffenheim so not sure what it is.

I don't think we have any real leaders... we don't have any local players who really know what it means to play for this club. If we had Gerrard/Carragher in that squad I don't think some of the players would be allowed to get away with half arsed efforts they are putting in. I can imagine Carra having a right go at some of the players, like he did with Arbeloa on the pitch... but can you imagine Lovren/Sakho/Skrtel doing that? Can you even imagine Hendo or Milner doing it as captain/VC?

A lot of pundits said we'd miss Gerrard when he left.. and they were right, but for the wrong reasons. I don't think we miss his footballing ability (although atm I wouldn't say no to having him on the bench) but we miss someone who has LFC in their heart and who cares more for the club than themselves. Replacing that is near on impossible.

I do agree that we need more leaders, but also, We had Gerrard last season and it didn't make a difference.

It's underlying quality that we lack.

If you go through the teams who've beaten you in the last few weeks i.e. Newcastle, West Ham and Watford, are you seriously suggesting that your current side is of a lesser quality man for man, than those 3?

Losing against sides like that has nothing to do with a 'lack of quality', and everything to do with being out fought and out thought.

We're missing quality in key areas - a strong GK, RCB, CM and ST.

That's not to say that the whole team is rubbish because it isn't.

I'm fully supportive of Klopp, but that doesn't mean I won't give a little criticism where I think it's merited.
I expect him to get more out of the players, and to realise he needs to change something when it's not working.
That doesn't mean I've turned against him- just trying to be as objective as I can.

Man for man - probably not. But the areas where we are weak, these players are detrimental and poisonous to those around them.

Nice to see how solid we are without Skrtel <whistle>

And yet again it's been an utter privilege to watch the attacking talents of Cout, Foamino and Benteskey slicing open the opposition defence like a cold knife through concrete <doh>

Rip it up and start again JK <ok> #ballbags

No would have sufficed mate ;)

You should be doing better with the squad you currently have, simple as. Same as it was under Rodgers.

Klopp's tactics and selections have been poor of late, and he should shoulder a decent proportion of the blame for your current form. That's not to say he won't sort it out, but equally he shouldn't be immune to criticism.

As if Rodgers had overseen the 3 results I mentioned, then you'd have been stamping on his head right now.

Of course, we should be doing better.

But fact is - we're left with a painfully thin squad with a couple of key injuries in Henderson and Sturridge, which has no balance whatsoever.

We would be stamping on Rodgers's head because it's his squad that we spent 3 years and £300m assembling.

    This!

I said the same a while ago. Ofcourse they have a better squad. But it seems to be all the rage for Livpl fans to throw the team under the bus rather than the new manager.

Carragher actually said, that the only good thing about Liverpool today was the manager! <laugh> <doh> That's how desperate they are I'm afraid.
