I so much want the Spanners to beat 'Pool, just to wipe that arrogant smile off Lawro's stupid face! Of course, if 'Pool manage to salvage a point, they'll be able to hold hands and celebrate in front of their gullible fans.
"It is exciting times for West Ham, but also good times for Liverpool on the horizon as they think they have a manager that will be there for the long run." (Commentary by Stuart "I can see a carrot at the end of the tunnel" Pearce, just before the Spanners scored)
It's so poor in terms of closing and working by both teams. West Ham's wingers and Carroll don't fancy running back and closing down and Liverpool are all over the place. Hilarious but exciting.
They also both look so poor technically - never seen so many prem players overrunning the ball and failing to control a ball properly.
My mistake, it seems I am watching the wrong game - it is now more a schoolboy game. Why are BT televising this?
McManaman and this commentator are poor as well. After 5 replays they still haven't spotted that Carroll stamped on Clyne. Poor challenge.
On the grounds that he will not be hungover if PNP is right. Probably scuppered a deal for Chiriches in the past.
Did Firmino get anywhere near Adrian's face there? Didn't look like it to me. Doesn't he need to go off after receiving treatment, too?
