I often have a look to see who is online in the mornings, to see if its worth posting, or if anyone is awake. This morning, 2 members, Hampshire black cat, and Enfield mackem, both online, and have been members for some time, yet not one post between them, plus there are others.. Just curious as what made you start posting, and how did you start, was it an introduction post/thread, or did you just start?
Morning Comm, Morning Raw, I started posting on the 606 site after a lad at work told me about it, he was a mag poster, never told me his username so not sure if he still posts now or not. I didn't start a thread, I just started commenting on somebody else's thread and that was it.
Alot of folk will sign up so they can see pictures and not have to see ads. I figure the majority who sign up and don't post for a variety of reasons, because they don't want to get grammar policed , ridiculed , accused of being a mag , have nowt to say or don't want to step in the middle of an argument about being attacked. Daft sods just post!! Its the bloody internet and if u get upset turn it off!!! or call them names until they get upset. I post sporadically and nee **** pays me any mind what so ever, ive not much personality or imagination as eviddent by my user name ! I dont care. I get much more enjoyment out of reading others views on SAFC , as nee **** over here could care a less about Soccerball nevermind SAFC.
or that!! point is who fecking cares ? Sticks and stones and all of that. Fact is we won a bloody football game today! 3-1 and the top 2 threads are on about people being a bit upset at each other!! Why the **** would a football fan want any of that ? For the record i enjoy reading the posts of all involved in the 2 threads. Sometimes i don't understand all the big words tho.
I don't post a lot mainly because usually someone else has already said what I would have so I'm happy enough to pass on a like or two to show my agreement and leave it at that. I don't like to chip in on arguments (unless it's against one of the many pain in the arse mag supporters who troll about) as it's none of my business and they always fizzle out anyway, eventually. I think it's a great board with a great bunch of people. Sometimes it's quiet but even then it's still one of the most active boards on the site. I like the fact that we'll all be around in each others company for years and years, if this site gets shut down we'll just migrate to another.
