Crunch time.2nd bottom v bottom. Coates a doubt, same as O.Shea, but not certain. Rodwell is a crock yet again.(no great loss). any ideas?
Comfortable win. I am that confident I am not even going to watch it but instead sit behind my sofa with hands covering my eyes!
At the moment still standing by my earlier prediction, half right at the minute hope the second half is wrong though.
Just hope that we can turn the corner...At least the effort was there against Liverpool although the lack of quality and confidence is apparent..
Lose this and we're getting out the route planners for Cardiff, Sheffield, Bolton, Milton bloody Keynes, etc...
------------Mannone------------- Jones-----Kone--Brown-------Pva ---------Mvila--Cattermole-------- Johnson------Borini-------Watmore --------------Fletcher--------------
I'm standing by my prediction that if we don't beat Villa, we'll drop. We have usually had decent home fixtures in our run in that has helped pull us out of the ****e. Our remaining home fixtures after Saturday, are: Bournemouth, Man City, Man Utd, Palace, Everton, West Brom, Leicester, Arsenal and Chelsea. Only two teams in the bottom half of the league. The team aren't showing that they have enough about them to get out of it as well. We need to a lot of quality signings to give us a chance this time.
-----------------------Pants------------------------ Jones--------------Kone--------------PVA------ Johnson--------Cattermole--------Lens ?---- Borini--------Defoe---Watmore-----Fletcher- We need to rip into Villa from the start, and we owe them one. Villa reckon they can play Remy (if signed) against us, so Kone could play surely.
It's not even a good championship defence. We need Kone and at least one more defender in by the time we play our next league game after Villa. I think that will be Swansea.
It's Villa. We will lose cos it's what we do. Beadling should have come on last night imo even tho I'm not knocking Yedlin. AJ must be the softest tw*t in the world. Bottles tackles and has anybody ever seen him head a ball? The man was utter w*nk last night. Hope my first line is wrong and we get the win we so desperately need.
It may seem tight picking out 2 players but I don't want to see Johnson or Lens in a Sunderland shirt ever again.
That looks scary, but our away games will be easier, so if Sam can make us hard to beat, his forte I am told, we might, just might do the do.
