Always going to be a horrible scrappy match against a side managed by Fat Sam. Happy with an away win. Tough run of games now coming up, especially Stoke who are on fire at the moment.
Not good for the heart this ****ing relieved with that - bit tired of us completely squandering sitters, that should have been game over 2 or 3 times and the nervy ending doesn't happen

Should have been 3 or 4 0. **** it, 3 points, Benteke again saves out bacon. Firmino bottled a change to shoot and gives it to Ibe on his wrong foot. Benteke bottled the clean through too, begging to be chipped.
Can still constructively criticise though. He's had 2 easy 1v1 chances late on against Leicester and Sunderland... after missing, both teams nearly went up the other end and scored. This time, he's won us 6 points.. but those misses could have easily cost us 4 as well. Small margins

I reckon we need 3 players this window. Did lallana actually do anything that half. Poor lad ran into the ground and never got on it.
No Jimmy he's not but that is all you do -criticise him whatever he does. He played well second half apart from the obvious exception but you always look for the negative yet certain players are exempt from the same criticism
Another win, another goal from Benteke... But same story; poor performance from the team and Benteke with another absolute sitter which strikers should be putting to bed which is worrying because there'll come a time when we need that goal and I have no confidence in him to get it. Many here will be happy with the win and the points, but for me, it's not the be all and end all. I guess Klopp's really going to show what he can do next season so as long as we're still in a European competition next season, it'll do for now.
I don't think it's wrong to say that his goals won us the points. But I won't say he performed welL. It was another poor performance, but not just by him. Firmino will get a lot of stick (rightly so) but he was the better of the trio behind Benteke.
He created the goal If me and Jimmy aren't allowed to criticise Benteke despite him scoring the winner, then you can't criticise the hair for creating it!
