Great news for us. With the way other results went, our win today was crucial.

Yep, we started brightly and got an early goal - but then the game deteriorated. I thought both sides were poor. Sometimes it's all about the result and today was a huge three points for the Club, possibly one of the most important results since we've been in the Premiership.

Agree completely, what the hell Monk was on to drop Leon this season, only he knows, but Ayew is simply not fitting in at the minute, though I'm going to give him a few more games, very poor today though.........<ok>

Judging by the fayre on display from both teams today, I'm surprised we're not on the Football League show <laugh>

Great news indeed, I have not been happy with either Go-miss or Shelvey for some time, at the minute Ayew is okay, but he has to step up his game, if he is not to go out the exit door in the summer, if someone comes in for him in january, then we should still sell him, he seems to not fit into our style of game............<ok>

Great win yesterday, But have to say we looked toothless up top again. Why will we not put the ball in the box. Ayew has scored some great goals with his head, but we will just not put the ball in the box from wide areas. I fell a little bit sorry for Montero as he is having to play in front of Taylor, who instead of rolling him the ball earlier and giving him time, constantly closes his space down by running towards him and not passing to him till he has no space and has already been closed down. Pass it early to him you prick.

Overall well fought out 3 points and the usual players showed up and gave everything yesterday, Leon and Routs the best for me, but cant fault both Ash and Fernandez sound at the back. Siggy worked tirelessly as did Ayew to be fair and with him up top only 1 offside instead of the usual 10.

I see the Pulis has managed to blame the ref for the defeat, who I have to say was the worst I have seen at The Liberty this year. He forgot to mention that Yacob should have been in the stand well before he was subbed.

So I just think we do need a new striker, but we have to work on getting the ball in the box from wide areas early, just look at the goals Michu scored a lot of the from the early ball knocked in the box.

Britton was the 4 centre squares of the chess board again , every one of our players who got into trouble with the ball just needed to look up and pass it to Leon to stabilize the play .
As much as I think we need to rest him at palace , he will probably tell Curtis he wants to play .Routs and Ki were very good too .We finally got a break or two that have disappeared for many games now .
