Well one positive, still ahead of City, and Leicster lost. But we look really really ****, and until our injury situation lightens up, we are going to struggle.
Horrific performance, our bench as usual was pathetic and we had nobody on there who could come on and change the game, this a result of us keeping so many ****ing injury prone jokers in our squad when we should of have got rid. The bad news is that during the festive period we have to play the same starting line up and the players playing now are going to get tired and get burned out which will result in more injuries, a vicious circle.
As Sanj said, time for the injury prone players to **** off, and that includes Wilshere, get rid of Arteta, Rosicky, and the over rated and over hyped Wilshere.
Southampton have played really well today and, despite the dubious goals that were scored, deserve the victory. But if we want to win the title, we can't be losing matches like this. Losing 3-0 away to a team that haven't won in the last 7 matches isn't good enough. It's not even been a close contest, they've wiped the floor with us.
Wenger also knew that Welbeck was out until March and he did **** all, this season is a huge chance for us to win this title because when Pep comes we can forget about getting near City, it's now or never.
I was worried at our lack of attacking subs on the bench and today showed it. We literally had little to come off the bench to change things.
I'm trying to keep it clean pal. I assume that you will be crowing that barca's 13 goals should not have stood when the time comes.
At least we get to play Barca, congrats, you won tonight, overall though, club to club, you aren't **** to us, so go enjoy 1 victory.
Not a good sign from us, when it came time to show mettle, we showed the same old weaknesses, we have bottled it big time again tonight, and the usual questions will be asked again, and rightfully so. We look far from champions tonight. We have such a bare thin squad and it's costing us, there is absolutely no way in hell we are going to cope from now until May with all these injuries, it's just not possible. Need 1-2 winter transfer signings.
Well that was utter **** from us. Bad day at the office. No time to mope about it though, we've got a very winnable game at home in 48 hours against Bournemouth. Time to take this on the chin and put it behind us .
We have a winnable game, but a tired squad, with barely any options to change it. Would not be surprised to drop more points on Monday.
