If we get a point from this game I will be delighted. I have us scoring first and losing 4-1. Darn Chelsea for not holding onto Mourinho for another couple of weeks.
We could have said the same about Liverpool and Mr. Integrity Leo.....on our day we need fear no one.
True - but look at Hiddink's record last time at Chelsea - P22 W16 D5 L1 - also this is a Premiership winning side that has underperformed badly - not a side needing to be built like LIverpool. I see an Arsenal style result rather than a LIverpool one. I am much more optimistic about Spurs and Man CIty but am very nervous about today. Hope I am proved very wrong. COYH
I think and hope that your predicted scoreline may be ott but agree with the general analysis. A thrashing could damage confidence badly but losing by 1 or 2 should be bearable.
Not at all confident over this one, and also I wonder if QSF will try and tinker with the team today with such a short time before the next game. Working on the basis that we will lose, so any other result will be a bonus.
We probably have a greater chance from something today than Monday. Last week they looked very shaky at the back second half and Sunderland should have taken one of their many chances created to get back in game and G H has not had a great amount of time to work on much this week. Fingers crossed and hoping for a draw and what amounts to a bonus point.
Already losing Ake will weaken the team. The G man coming in wouldn't harm the side (or Prodl/Behrami) but the others would weaken us quite a bit I feel.
