Well I'm not sure if that's an admittance or just a joke but most Drywallers or tapers I know have a likeable crudeness about them and look like that they just crawled out of the mountains after a 3 years stint, so I thought I'd ask .. .. But if you are , look on the bright side i , at least your not a roofer

    4 years in the mount.
4 years in the mountains mun! most of the roofers I know are minted but knackered over 50 ! If I had a big enough shovel I'd build a channel tunnel from here to Ireland and use the spoil to fill in the French one ! <devil>

That's what I mean about being thankful your not "A Roofer " ..As a general rule roofers can't do anything ...except roof .
Did a lot of hot tar and gravel in the 80 's , burnt myself many times ......sure don't miss it , a very painful period .
Many , many drywall and taper friends ( not sure if plastering is amoungst that group ) , good hearted and wild bunch to say the least .

I rarely get any call for bitch felt roofs . Fibre glass is more common for us these days, tho the rubber rolls are good and easier on the wrists than pushing felt on bitch.
Slate, tiling n Rosie's are good to do .
