    Interesting point that. Had Villa's goal come ten mins earlier, as opposed to pretty much on the stroke of HT, I wonder if we'd have seen two goals conceded quickly in that game too?

    Even going right back to the Leicester game, from the moment they scored it was obvious to everyone that a second was on it's way. It's just a surprise that it took as long as it did.

    It was the Leicester game that first put the wind up me. Had been quietly confident until the torture that was that game. Got two early goals and then became crap. :(

    Funnily enough, I have been wondering what would have happened had we won that game. I suspect we'd have done a lot better. So, taking a giant leap, I'm going to say that the single worse decision taken by Ron this year was to bring on Clasie when he did. It was crying out for Romeou. If that had been the substitution I believe we'd have hung on and had a bit more belief in subsequent games.

    Of course I'm probably talking horse****!
