That was a good boozer in the ****hole. It's in Ardwick - The Marble Arch. I actually drank bitter as it's a proper real-ale pub. There were two lesbians in there who were sitting diagonally opposite me: AND THEY WERE BOTH FIT Turned out one of the clients who I was with (PhD molecular biology, COO of a medical device company which is being bought by a multi-national), was a massive acid-head. His favourite TV programme ever is Breaking Bad! When I got back to the Cheese, it was a mad-house. Danny (boyfriend of the thieving ex-barmaid) and his mates were ****-faced, but the main problem was the massively pissed pikey who was making a complete **** of himself, staggering round and pretending to box. He got a slap off one of Danny's mates and Jenny the barmaid told him to "**** off out or I'll call the pigs".
Lovely stuff. Another quiet night in the local. Your life is one of massive opposites mate. Dealing with CEO's during the day and total scutters on a night.
First shown in 1971, you would have been in your early teens, so unless you had younger siblings it probably passed you by.
