48 want bruce out 17 want him to stay. How times have changed. Welcome on board the bandwagon ****s, I'm the driver.
I don't think it makes a lot of sense. It makes partial sense only. Many people feel that City are fortunate to be fourth. Like Brighton, City have scraped through and had some luck. What people expected at the start of this season - and rightly so - were signs of promise. This means not only immediate promotion, but doing it with enough style and domination to give everyone confidence that City would not come straight back down again. There are no signs of promise. City do not dominate. The people expected to rip this Championship apart - Huddlestone, Diame, Elmohamady - might just as well be sent packing. Aluko should shine in the Championship, but might as well join Huddlestone & Co. And as for the new signings? They of course need time, but I cannot name one who City need fear being poached by a Premier League club. I am sorry, but that "sense of perspective" article lacks perspective.
The Burnley result is going to be problematic. I don't think anyone on here will want to lose but if we win, Bruce will stay for the January transfer window
4th in the league 3rd highest goals scored. 3rd lowest goals conceded. 2nd most winning team in the division. 8 points clear of the team in 7th. In Bruce We Trust. And go **** yourself
Just as a matter of opinion, not for an argument but who do you think the top 3 squads in the championship are. If we are in your list then is it not the fault of the manager or just bad luck?
It's maybe why he has them playing rubbish most weeks , get past the winter window then unleash them on the league !
Why would they? They don't know anything about football, as has been mentioned, & the fans are fine with watching the football regardless of the results! If the fans weren't happy then they'd make it known!
Get with the programme. This is the doom and gloom thread. A poor run is the only chance some of these people get to post.
I think the fans have made it very known, there's been boos and chants of 'this is embarrasing' the lat few games.
So the Allams still think the fans are happy most of the time, it's not the first time there's been boos! They don't know that people want rid of SB!
Saying that any City fan who thinks Bruce's time is up would want Mourinho or Ancelotti and should go and support Arsenal was patronising, inaccurate and made the article worthless.
Attending isn't always the same as watching. The game is only part of the equation, or at least it used to be, some of the most enjoyable games I've been to were probably as dull as ditchwater on the pitch.
Is that all then ? Either way it wont make any difference at all. Steve Bruce is here to stay for a while longer yet. Add,, 3 points off 2nd spot and an automatic promotion spot as well as yet to really get upto anything like Top Gear. You should read the Hull City Fans Forum website after we lose - it is so funny. Silence when City win.
That's I honestly don't give a chuff about current stats going on performances alone, we wont be there at the end of the season.
I think anyone, who is all for keeping Bruce and is optimistic by where we stand in the league. Clearly hasn't being to a game this season, and just likes the look of the league table (maybe Middlesbrough) If you actually went to a game my apologies but I really can't understand how you can come and say we are playing well and deserve to be 4th
I don't get how 'we haven't yet reached top gear' is an argument in favour of Bruce. Isn't that his job?
