    Anyone know how I can transfer my contacts from a Samsung s3 mini (old sim card) to a Samsung s5 Neo (micro sim card)...?

    I've googled it but looks like I need some software and there is no way I'm ****ing paying!

    You can export contacts to an excel file without buying software. You might need the Samsung software though.

    Do you have the phones still?

    Some phone stores still offer the dim transfer stuff.

    Yup.

    There's a couple ways.

    Mine are all synced anyway so the "man" has taken ownership of everything now.

    You can export all contacts to a rich text or csv file then import them on some older phones so it depends on the model.

    You have to have a phone to suit the sim for all of these and if someone kills the sim in porting they might not work.

    The guys in store ought to have done it 100% imo.

    Sent them over one by one using bluetooth. Took about 30mins so not too bad.


    Tried that, didn't work.


    Couldn't find the software for free <laugh>



    The SIM was the issue.

    Done it now dude but thank you anyway, much appreciated <ok>
