Crystal Palace v Swansea City Premier League Mon, 28 Dec, 15:00 Selhurst Park The games come thick and fast over the Christmas period, and just 48 hours after the Boxing Day clash with West Brom, the Swans travel to Selhurst Park to take on Alan Pardew's Crystal Palace side. Palace are at Bournemouth on Boxing Day - one of the Swans' relegation rivals. A victory over WBA could have taken the Swans out of the relegation places, but any other result would see the Swans still in the bottom 3. With Norwich home to Villa on the same day, the Swans will need something from the Palace game. I'm going for a 1-1 draw.
"The Swans' will need something from the Palace game". "Something" like a miracle. I can't see anything but a Palace win.
We certainly don't need a miracle, just more of the same as the last few games and our fair share of breaks that we haven't been getting will do the trick Palace , like West Brum , might have a few important players out also ....heres hoping .
I know,I just can't help it. Unable to make it myself,so have left a quid behind the bar. Hang on to the change for me.
We won't do much running in the WBA game as we'll try and pass around the parked bus Palace will be shattered after playing Bournemouth. Palace 1 Swans 2
We're moving in the right direction in terms of performances and the ability to win games , the lack of luck from the last 2 games ( and thats what it was ) and we'd have been 4 points better off .So keep doing what we're doing and the results will come .
Bola side and Wickham out of Monday's games .... http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...nick-Bolasie-Connor-Wickham-injury-blows.html
Bolasie's a big miss for their pacey attack - great for us. Who knows, a confidence boosting result against West Brom and a chance of points here.
