I could name a few gee gees for you NOT to back as they WILL end up losing.

It's like I have the Midas touch with betting on horses. I say to back it and then do the complete opposite.

List a few and see how I do :)

Yeah, I know what you mean overseas ... I'm usually the same and end up increasing my bets as I chase the losses !!

Here's the card for the first race: The Tyne Tees Models Maiden Auction Stakes?? ... Celestrial, Marching On, Rocktherunway, Allegri, Pearl Catcher, Shotley Music, Just Fabulous.

I'm loving the name of the second race, it's a brahma and will obviously be seen at Ascot next year: The Play Mecca Bingo On Your iPhone Handicap, I kid you not !!! Heh heh.

    Anyway, here's my selection ...
For the first race I'm looking at: Marching On
    Second Race: Louis the Pious
    Third Race: Mr Rainbow
    Fourth Race: Trojan Gift
    Fifth Race: Pavershooz
    Sixth Race: Mission Impossible
LAst Race: whatever is the highest odds as I chase my money !!!!

Best tip is, keep your money in your pocket. How do you think the bookies leave the races with big smiles on their faces and cartloads of cash and drive off in their Rollers?

I have to say I did win a lot of money last year on Ladies day, my one and only attempt at gambling on horses. There were 7 races being run, my husband gave me £10 per race and I had 4 winners. I was the only one out of our large group that actually went trackside to watch the races, one or two people must have thought I was in the know because they were asking what I was betting on. Bit embarrassing really, just looked at the names and the odds.

Question is, how many rep points do you get for a win or each way?
