Sweet Jesus. I've got the chuckle brothers attention. Irony. The Beegees. Angst. Two blokes telling each other not to argue with their intellectual superior, whilst both still arguing. With him. Gowan lads. Add in a "is your life that pitiful" or similar. You've nearly won. The Internet.
Jesus Happy, is getting one over on two blokes you've never met on an Internet forum primarly designed for football related discourse really that important? If you continue to bicker, I'll just switch the Internet off and there'll be no Internet for anybody, worldwide. Then you'll have to go up Californy way.
I hope if those who want him out are making a noise at the ground, I've heard **** all from these "great fans" when we've been in TV of late. Literally **** all! Or are you all using telepathy to get your point across? Maybe hoping that SB, the players & the Allams will be reading this board?
It's obvious. Like signs on doors that tell you whether someone is in or out, the removal of the "In Bruce we trust" flag will mean his time is up.
Last I heard about that flag, no one could find it, not really sure that if a flag is removed that anyone would notice it, especially if the Allams are watching the games on his private feed that he gets. Can't imagine a cameraman panning around the upper stands looking for a flag that might or might not have been there in the first place! Unless they make noise, then no one will know!
Sad that it's come to this Bruce really, I really supported Bruce until this season even after relegation but it's clear we need a change now, it won't happen though unless somebody takes action
A forum is a place to express opinions, I'm happy to read anybodies so long as they aren't condescending. We all support the same team. I genuinely wish you happy Christmas
I don't get your point? Are you saying if people criticise Bruce on here they should call for his head at games?
The next ready made excuse is around the corner, the January transfer window. The odds are that Bruce will have no idea at this stage what his squad will look like come the end of next month. The unending speculation will be the obvious excuse trotted out. This is yet another area that the manager has been consistently abysmal in, usually only at the eleventh hour of the final day do we have any idea of what has been made of the whole month. It's amazing to me that someone who has such a vast history in the game allows players and their agents, plus selling clubs, to dominate proceedings. Whatever negatives people will spout about Nigel Pearson and his management team this could never be levelled at him, his business was always done early, with a feeling that the plans had been put in place over the previous weeks and months, he knew exactly what he wanted, and what he didn't, and went out and got it, usually in the first week of the window. So, I'm afraid our miserable performances will continue, but Uncle Steve will point to the nasty old transfer window as the key reason behind them. He appears to be quite efficient at deflection.
It's also a place to disagree with other people's opinions. A fact seemingly lost on Tone. I wish everyone a happy Christmas. Life is too short and precious to be angry. Be happy. A name and a code to live by.
Fourth in the league, yet over 80% of posters on here want Bruce gone, says a lot about the type of football (or not) we are having to put up with!
That really does come across that you expect there to be Bruce Out chants at games. As for the banner, just turn it into 'In Bruce We Trusted', it can be a temporary thing to appease the fence-sitters.
A good result on Boxing Day and the world will be a better place. That said as mentioned on here, last Saturday was the first time I heard chants in favour of Brucey being shouted down!
