Philistine Cheese is mould...sort of Actually I'm slightly disappointed in myself that I do like quite a few 'fruity' cheeses Wensleydale with cranberry or apricot is nice (ginger isn't) And as for mould you can't beat a nice Stilton
Kraken sounds good then (If you like rum just with ice the Havana Club 7 year old is nice) That seem really cheap for the auchentoshan, wasn't it a speciality one too? (3 wood or something) I've only had the standard aged one which was quite light and smooth, certainly no peat, but very nice I thought I haven't been to Makro for years
They don't add mould to it. It comes about naturally, although encouraged to. Nothing beats Blue Stilton.
I drink disaranno all year round. Well not all the time. I don't mean that. But I mean I can drink a disaranno in any other month. It's nice.
Any cheese lovers should head to t'Humber Bridge viewing area tomorrow morning (09:00-13:00) - Lincolnshire Poacher are manning a stall there, they have some of the finest cheese you'll ever taste. You're welcome! https://lincolnshirepoachercheese.com/
It made me laugh. Sweaty stinking excuse for a cheese. The only thing that should ever be added to cheese is Branston Pickle.
