First game I've been to this season, and it was incredible! The whole team played really well, Okazaki especially who was absolutely everywhere, but credit to King and Wasilewski, who slotted in very easily, and Albrighton, who must have the strongest work ethic of any winger I've ever seen. Had Danny Drinkwater standing behind me as well for the entire second half, he was class, really getting involved with the fans, and I could hear him egging on every single player.

Yeah i heard the Drinkwater chants and presumed be must have been in the away end

The team ethic created by Pearson and continued by Ranieri is amazing

That afternoon in Watford was the best thing that ever happened to us. It really made us a tight group and credit to every player who has came in since as they have brought into it

    The team that day;

    Starting XI
    • 01 Schmeichel
    • 02 De Laet
    • 05 Morgan
    • 15 M Keane
    • 10 King
    • 11 Dyer
    • 16 James
    • 24 Knockaert
    • 18 Schlupp
    • 35 Nugent
    • 39 Wood
    Bench
    • 13 Logan
    • 03 Konchesky
    • 22 Moore
    • 04 Drinkwater
    • 07 Marshall
    • 09 Vardy
    • 37 Kane
10 of the 18 man squad is still on the payroll. Funny how we had England's two best strikers on the bench that day. Who knew they'd go on to such things?

Is also amazing how many of those players are under 30 - massive props to our youth team/recruitment.

Would that be Jamie Vardy and Ian Marshall? I don't recall him being on the bench that day, but my memory isn't what it was.

He's been one of the Championship's best right backs this season.
