And while we're on the subject Why on earth to some people sit and watch people just practising driving round and round ?!?!?! They should have their TVs confiscated
You rarely find a bloke who likes both football and Formula1. Football is for geezers and Formula 1 is for Nerdstroms. FACTOID.
Can you just hold on? I'm negotiating the TV deal with the BBC They want to know if they can film them both practising the day before by driving exactly the same route that they'll do in the race...in the same cars
You don't know because you're not a nerdy geezer, like me. (It's an air filter. I hoping to reduce her 0-60 from 3 days to 2)
Hang on a goddam minute. I've just remembered that last time her tyres had to be changed I had some Taiwanese ditch finders banged on. She never goes over 40 MPH and has never driven on a motorway, she also doesn't like driving at night. I feel that the cheapo budget tyres will hinder her chances of winning. Oh hang on, that's just like Formula 1 or F1, as a dork at work who actually records the time trials ****e as well as the race, calls it. I know it's not called a time trial but I can't remember what it's called and I couldn't give less of frig.
It's important to viewers though Apparently they like all the 'competitors' to be filmed driving their cars from the start to Dunhelm car park the day before so they can time them. That way everyone can know who will probably win before it actually starts. Then just to make sure the expected winner does win they apparently allow the fastest Mother to start a bit closer to the curtain shop It's unclear whether they're going to do the same with the trolleys but they are considering making the slowest driver also have to put a pound in to get one
My mate likes F1 & football, although he's a Liverpool fan....so yeah, I think you're onto something with that! That's £12 per person with those numbers!
Channel 4 have taken over the BBC's F1 deal... http://www.channel4.com/info/press/...1?hootPostID=dde274dfb372ab4d0ede906f68a35e34
Channel 4 to broadcast 10 races per season live – with highlights of all 21 races Live races to be broadcast without advertising breaks That's interesting no commercial breaks - that's what messed up ITV's coverage.
Rosberg and Hamilton were in equal equipment and Hamiltons beat him both seasons, also I seem to remember Ricciardo trouncing Vettel (the champ) in the same car so it doesn't always come down to better cars. I don't watch F1 any more as it's too boring anyway, they've made it too safe and the new tracks are as dull as dishwater
