Biggest, most successful comedy franchise of all time.

I find it mental that you can laugh at people like Frankie Boyle and Chubby Brown, the most basic forms of comedy, yet you don't see the genius behind the work of Ricky Gervais. I find it mental but at the same time, perfectly normal, because everybody is different.

Graham Norton is a very very funny man. Can't say I care for the two you mentioned though Julian Fairy has got better with age.

    I don't think I've seen Julian Clary since 1997!

Alan Carr can be a funny bastard, but he's found his niche, something that really spoiled his talent in my opinion. Talk show host now, says it all.

For me the funniest comedy actor of all time is Rik Mayall. Never needed to be controversial or a diva, plus he had the unbelievable ability to make you laugh without opening his mouth.

Yeah that was on my bucket list, I saw them in Nottingham, went home with a sore stomach from laughing so hard.

They met whilst studying at Manchester Uni.

    What about Xmas shows?

    Royle Family.

    Only Fools and Horses.

    Any other decent Xmas specials?

OF&H was on in our house without fail every year.

Nowadays we're better off with the tele off, if it's not David Walliams being a complete dick on some talk show its Mrs Brow... I'm not even saying it.

    I can't stand that crap.

He loved this country mate, you'd never see him stood on a stage with a mic ripping the UK to bits like half the current crop are doing.

That's because the country is brainwashed.
I never mentioned Frankie Boyle or Chubby Brown now did I?
I find Ricky Gervais as humdrum as a strip light.
    Basically, as a comedian, he's ****. <ok>
