I like to think that I've been in the resigned category for weeks. The only time I "meltdown" is when UIR tries to justify why he thinks LVG is doing a good job!
I was about to comment on how nice it is being able to post on here without him trying to jump on every comment of mine. Let's keep it that way
I think Pool need to give Klopp a couple of years to sort out the mess at the club. Brenda's wayward spending has left him with a squad of misfits, albeit with a few really good players who Klopp could build a future team around. Still fancy them to give the Spuds a run for a European place this season though.
Spurs have to got to be looking to win the title, so I think we're in a different stream to 'Pool. They'll be vying with Watford and United for a possible Europa spot.
I think Spurs have got a great chance for top 4 given Chelsea's bus crash of a season and LVG doing his best to out do Moyes. They might not get as good an opportunity again.
This is the challenge for Leicester, Palace and ourselves. If top four teams win both domestic trophies we'll maybe never have a better chance of Europe. I am not for one minute suggesting we will but even being able to dream about it is fantastic.
You are having a cracking season mate. No fear of you being relegated at all. Well Done. Putting yourself in the same category as Leicester and Palace though is taking it a bit to far
Seriously though mate, fair play to yous! I genuinely think you will be the next Swansea, Southampton etc and will build on this season...
... I'll admit to some bias .. but I do believe that what ourselves, Palace, Watford and indeed Bournemouth are doing is breathing fresh air into what had perhaps become a stale and somewhat predictable Premier league..
I really do hate to put a downer on all this bonding, lads, but I foresee a lot of dreams being shattered during the second half of the season. Yes, the likes of Leicester, Watford and Palace are doing very well - they are this years' West Ham and Saints - but we all know what happened to those two particular teams, towards the end of last season. Both dreams ended in tears. That's not saying that it hasn't been a good ride and a lot of fun. For that, I am grateful, lads, I really am. But I think it's going to be "business as usual" for us bigger boys, during the latter part of the season. Sorry. I say that without wumming, in the slightest.
Business as usual is Spurs in 5th though HIAG. Do you think Spurs can break into the top 4 this season ?
