Especially as he agreed with my substantive point about needing to be miles better for Derby.... A game I am NOT going to because of work, and because I know we won't be.
Fair call Marcos. But I'm getting a bit tired of Chippy living up to his name. We are currently 5pts off the playoffs, albeit with a lot of work to do
That's the same as Wednesday Saturday turnarounds. Teams have done it for decades and not travelling in pampered luxury. Have you ****ing heard yourself. These kids should be able to play every day....
Well put me on ignore you happy clappy bastard if you can't cope with a dose of realism. Ell will tell you how. Now ****ing grow up.
And I'm sure everyone on here is really pleased and hope it continues we have a great transfer window and build on it - whether we all think that will happen is another matter!!
The realism you prat is that we've taken 10pts from the last 12 & are now only 5pts off the playoffs.
Points wise yes, 2nd half against Wolves great performance, I just don't know why we can't do the performance part more often. I will just enjoy two wins over a short space of time and in two games time we might have even more reason to be optimistic or we might feel this was a mini purple patch that took us away from a relegation dogfight.
Fair call again Marcos. At least the Team & Manger are giving Cellino a reason to strengthen as a way to help us make more of a push to get into the top 6
Lads, why all the arguing, we won and I'll take that all day long. Couldn't follow the game as I was at my son's U14 match but maybe the performance was because of being a bit leggy from Thursday. Not sure when PNE last played but presumably had longer to rest, so if we dug in and won, happy days . Now let's get pissed and enjoy the result
Look, in truth we did not deserve to win, but look at ALL the other times when: We haven't been awarded a blatant penalty An undeserved sending off Decision (50 /50's) not going our way We deserved a bit of luck
I'm having a right good chuckle to myself. When we were heading towards relegation, the mantra was "the table never lies". Now we're 5 points off the playoffs, apparently the mantra is now "we've been lucky". Doncha just love the consistency of our doom merchants?
No argument here..., Slightly worrying that some can't recognise invented exaggerated online personas.
I think how hard we try to keep Bridcutt or bring in similar quality and value in January will be very telling
I agree the table never lies. No probs with that at all... Let's remember it for the rest of the season. Bearing in mind you drove past me on your way out of the peacock I am wondering if your eyesight is failing.... You got admit that was a grim match and we had two huge slice of luck.
You're right, only guide that matters is the league table, which at the moment, says we are at the dizzy heights of 13th and, maybe (just maybe) we can start looking up rather than down
