Gestede? Ayew?

 

Maybe we could have him back?

 

I watched the second half of the Newcastle v Villa game yesterday and they both caused the Geordies a lot of problems.
Ayew's goal was excellent and his overall play was miles ahead of the rest of their players.
Gestede was dominant in the air and I don't know why they haven't used that more often, given their form.

Not sure if either would be right for Spurs at the moment, but there's no way that Ayew will follow Villa down if they're relegated.
Can't see them moving in January though, as they both joined in the summer.

Interesting comment from Jenas on MOTD about Dembele. He said, I've trained with him, you just cannot get the ball off of him, he's too strong. And then with one twist of the hips he's gone....

 

He seems to be worryingly injury prone. Very spursy to sign such players.

 

But he's not out for 6 months, so not very Arsey
