That was bollocks though. We were playing great football when he left and the funds he had available was absolutely nothing compared to what Bruce has spent.
Fair point, but they did play attacking football last season, it just took a while for it to start paying off.
If we were bottom of the league in March, everybody on here would have been calling for the manager's head regardless of the attractiveness of the football.
The same guy that got Wolves relegated and has taken three years to get Ipswich even close to challenging for the play-offs?
Our recent decline goes all the way back to after winning the semi-final v Sheff Utd. We went off boil thinking about the cup final, and you wonder whether Bruce was too soft with them then, and this has carried on ever since. If you have the same person saying the same thing over and over again, you lose the effectiveness and switch off. On that note....Allam Out......
I would not be suprised if bruce was to offer his resignation IF he thinks he is failing. I get the feeling he doesnt know what he can do to improve things. The players have alot to answer for imo
That was incredibly soft, yet some on here just went along with it. I can't imagine what the people who paid to see those games thought, it was daylight robbery for them (unless they went to watch the opposition).
I agree, I think Big Mick would be great to go for a pint with, a game of darts, and shooting chavs, but as our manager, no thanks.
I've warmed to Hollowhead lately (am I allowed to call him that Boss man Chazz sorry fella) he could be a good one to get them fired up
I like most of your comments but that's just ****ing ridiculous! Don't want McCarthy but him the ****wit of the board! I know you were being extreme with that statement, but couldn't you have gone for someone really ridiculous like Trump, Corbyn,Cowell or a Kardashian? I find him very funny, but whether he could do the job I'm not convinced!
Get Roy Keane away from his mickey mouse role for the ROI. Did it before with Sunderland. Put the fear of God in our "Premier League" players. When we get promoted, send him back on vacation as ROI second-in-command in France. Then tell Jose that there is a premier team waiting for a saviour and he can redeem himself.
