Afternoon all, I just hope we play like we did second half again. I have a feeling it will be 4-5-1 again with the option to switch 4-4-2 if required. I am one of Wood's biggest critics but I think he should start, like the guy said on Sky at least he is getting chances and putting himself in the right positions.
Some great scores in our battle against relegation today, and had chance to contribute on the scum matchday thread.... Happy days....
Fair comment Jock, but at what point do you say that Wood isn't scoring & either Antenucci or Erwin deserve a chance? I hope we start 442 with Doukara supporting Wood or A Other as we are at home & 451 or 4141 sends out too negative impression
Every Saturday ex player after ex player scores. Vokes, greedy, wickham, williams, garbutt today to name just five, Yeah I know two were only on loan....
Said it last week.... Is it just us, if not why is it us? Do we have more players come through the club than other teams? Like all of your posts it didnt have a point.
Providing we don't replace them but I'm sure you'll have a positive view on that. By the way Byram is not one of our best. Half a dozen performances a year proves that. Silvestri is though
I still don't understand your OP. Are you suggesting that our ex-strikers score each week? Are you suggesting they'd all score for us each week if we'd kept them? (Not a wind up. I relly don't understand our post. Tme for an old guy nap, I think. Quite a strain following Partick Thistle results).
Mc cormacks scores most weeks anyway. Glory refuses to acknowledge he's one of if not the best striker we've had in last decade. He lets his personal dislike of him cos he tipped over a dustbin cloud his view. Same as his Cellino hating, prevents him seeing the positive stuff
I wonder if other clubs have as many ex. Players scoring week in week out. If not why us? Not suggesting they would score for us or we should have kept them.... Just curious( is that allowed sir ?)
We have a terrific youth system that produces quality players coupled wit our highly successful transfer policy maybe
