Ive said all year since watching Polter at Yeovil that he could be a great foil for Charlie...I see JET as a more No 10 and only any good when hes facing the goal and wouldnt do the hard work Charlie needs.
why cant jet play more? I wish he could, but sadly he cannot. came on at Boro and was crap. came on against Leeds and was more crap. Didn't jump or run just walked about like his boots were stuck in the ground. JET can be a very lazy player and we don't need that at QPR. Either he sorts himself out or get rid.
You have to question why he wasn't offered a new contract by Bristol City even though he scored a few goals for them. If memory serves me correctly he did make a lot of his appearances there as a substitute, all of which tends to suggest that BC simply didn't feel that he was going to be VFM in the Championship
Fans of all his old clubs have said he'll have a decent short run of games then be lazy and crap the rest of the season. He's scored 5 in 12 for us, we've probably seen the best of him.
i disagree ive heard he dosnt train too good but i feel that jet is one of these players that can only perform once in the big exitment enviroment of the real game he needs the fans to coax the best out of him NOW TODAY JET WOULD PLAY THE BEST GAME OF HIS LIFE AS HE WANTS TO PROVE HIS OLD CLUB SO COME ON RANGERS DOO THE RIGHT THING AND GIVE US THE JET TODAY LARGE PORTIONS PLEASE
I'd like to see my boss' reaction if I said I would only work to standard for big exciting stuff and he had to coax the best out of me even then. '**** off then' might cover it.
SB THERE WAS NAPOLEAN AND NELSON AND BILL; SHANKLEY AND DON REVIE AND BRIAN CLOUGH AND MATT BUSBY AND ALEX FERGUSIION THESE GUYS KNOW HOW TO GETR THE BEST OUT OF PLAYERS WE HAVE ANOTHER BOY SCOUT MANAGER TODAY IS AN EASY VICTORY IF WE HAD A MANAGER sadly we dont
Is Hasselbaink not a manager? You realise our games under Warnock were pretty dire. Reading was a great way to win but the performance was dismal.
Ted - I also wanted Neil Warnock to stay - but now I'm reconciled to giving JFH a chance; and on first sight, he's just as welcome. You never know, he could go on to be one of the greats that you've mentioned above - albeit within the context of QPR! Alec Stock, Terry Venables, etc.
look st the boy scout hes absolutely useless hes put in poulter not jet against bristol city so we have no chance of winning poulter is a center half not a striker he couldnt hit a barn door SACK THE IDIOT
Ted, your posts now just suggest you're a wum. We're 1-0 up courtesy of a Hoilett goal assisted by Polter. We may all just win the lottery today judging by that. I'm by a pool with a cocktail. Life is good.
NOM IM NOT A WIND UP MERCAHANT I EAT LIVE AND SLEEP QPR BUT WITHOUT JET THE BEST RESULT WE COULD HAVE GOT TODAY WAS A DRAW thats the differance from having a manager and not having a manager ferdinand has to go otherwise no play offs this season look at brentford they dont have a DOF AND WON 4-0 WE DONT NEED A DOF
Let's imagine hypothetically Ferdinand left tomorrow. Are we suddenly more likely to beat Ipswich? Hasselbaink has a good pedigree as a player and coach. Let's give the bloke a chance. Three draws from three tough games really isn't too awful. As for JET, why the sudden fascination? He's had good games but he's had some awful ones too.
If jet does not apply himself to and take training very seriously he will end up fat and we can call him Jumbo Jet... OK, sorry.......Taxi!
JET wasn't very good when he came on for Polter today I'm afraid Teddy Boy. But with the exception of Hoilett, none of them were.
