    Haha Pulis has put you lot back in your box on a number of occasions, his latest retort to Klopp was a beauty.

    His sides are tough to beat and well organised, I think it's out of order to say he condones reckless tackles and stampings ffs. He's no different to any other manager in that regard imo.

    He's very much an old school manager like fat Sam who has only ever had ambitions to get 45 points and stay up.

    Stoke le is a perfect example, his tactics made sure Stoke state sup which were perfect when they first came into the prem but his tactics won't ever allow a team to progress any higher than that.

    Hughes has come in and brought a couple of players and within 2 years turned them into a rewlly is footballing side who can now become too half regulars.

    If if you want to avoid the drop he's probably your man but don't expect to be progressing any higher because he's just not tactically good enough

    I saw them comparing him to Ashley Cole and I thought that was apt. Money grabbing ****, with no loyalty, jumps ship at the first sign of trouble and nobody really likes him.

    A friend of mine is a Citeh supporter and thats just how they feel about him, they respect he's a good player that could be really good but they don't actually like him.

    He is the manager there as opposed to assistant but yeah still a baffling appointment given it was his last roll of the dice.
