    Alright boys back again...

    Just a few things...

As you can tell from my avatar i am indeed chinese

Not everyone eats rare and endangered species although the chinese eat anything

    - There are a billion of us, so if 1% want to eat rare tortoises cats and dogs or fancy

    - some rhino horn tiger dick sharks fin thats still over 10 million

    - chinese people are generally hard working, pretty greedy and are indifferent to the environment as most are trying to make a living.

I am guessing there arent that many chinese in sunderland? Except maybe the ones that own takeaways and students? I would say the news you hear is generally negative as news itself is negative. Else i would think that all people up north have 8 kids, live off my tax money with which they use to buy booze drugs and alcohol!.

I agree that the chinese government dont give a **** though and let these things happen. But then again this government takes us to wars, allows corporations to pay no tax, lets stupid things like abu hamza live off us even though he hates this country etc etc.

<laugh> Yea its a typical stereotype which i would say is around 80% true of all the ones I know and what i have heard. Cant keep my rant to serious. But it would probably be pretty similar to girls up north love a good shag i have never been but wouldnt mind a trip up there although i might stand out like a sore thumb.

Also about china and its pollution i saw something on the watford board

Leo....the biggest polluters of this planet are, according to Co2 emissions per head :
The USA. 16.5 Tons Co2 per head
    Russia. 12.4 Tons per head
    Canada. 15.9 Tons per head
Saudi Arabia 16.8 Tons per head
    Australia 17.3 Tons per head
    China 7.6 Tons per head
European Union 6.7 Tons per head.

Now that might ne because probably there are a lot of chinese people who live in mudhuts but it puts things into perspective.

Anyway to lighten the mood heres one of my favourite chinese jokes

3 different types! Also my uncle is bruce lee and my cousin is jacky chan so don't mess around with me.

Tbh just playing along but these sort of questions are pretty unoriginal. Typical questions you get all the time so i cant tell whether you are serious or joking :p

Mate, you wanna come down here and I'll show you a 20 story building full of them. Homana Homana type students, with short skirts and awesome legs!

Trust a Chinese person to use a 'per head' statistic to make themselves look better.

There are 1bn more people in China than there are in The US.

If the Shetland Islands produced 20 tons Co2 per head it doesn't make them the world's biggest polluters.... there's only 12 people living there!

I don't mind the Chinese, there's a lot in this city and they keep their space tidy and respect the country, that's all you can ask of anybody who lives here.

That's a fair enough comment about per head, but what how would you do it? Pollution per land mass? Or just overall pollution?

The issue is deffo not the people for me, it's the way the country is run. It's so vast there'll be millions of farmers(remembering most Chinese farmers grow for themselves and not business) and miners and industry workers going about their life unaware of Environmental issues their country is creating. These people can't be blamed imo and would be unfair. There's clearly no Environmental message from the government and so often the Government are those peoples only line of communication with the outside world. They know what they've been told and that's it.

Nowt against your fellow countrymen Bobby it's the poor selfish politics. How you doing by the way?

It shouldn't be about pointing the fingers though it should be about all countries pulling together to save the planet as it requires everyone. TBF the Chinese aren't the only ones dragging their heals.

Hell we've got people here left right and center who object to wind farms in their area. I don't get it. They're a beautiful work of art in a landscape which represents all that's good in human evolution, they're a beacon of hope to me and would love to the country to be littered with them, but that's just me.

If you are in a country where the government doesn't give you handouts and you starve if you dont work the environment doesn't rank to high

I think as far as the public over there the Environment will be a pretty mute subject all together.

Doing good mate. Had a leaving do last night so hanging today. It's a tough one as there is no state support so everyone is out for themselves and obviously putting food on the table is more important than saving the environment.

The biggest thing destroying the environment is consumerism and because the process of destruction won't be seen for years and probably won't affect us in our lifetime, not many people care. The developing nations want to sit at the top table so obviously the likes of brazil and co don't mind tearing down the rainforest. The chinese are burning fossil fuels like no tomorrow. Even we are thinking of fracking in our national parks!

Tbh the biggest thing to reduce carbon emissions is to put a cap on all population as humans consume and by growing our population we naturally consume more.

As for the comments on the chinese or any other race religion, i know these boys are just generalising and i'm sure if they met anyone they liked they wouldn't give a **** what race religion etc as long as they were sound. As with all people, you have the good and the bad
