Now, PIXIE, answer my question. When did Wenger last win his title, and when did "the specialist in failure" (as you call him) last win his? That's all I'm asking.
Wow, you really are wound up aren't you. I've already told you when Mourinho won his last title, do try and keep up.
Right, enough of the needy weirdo's obsession with me and Wenger. This thread is about the specialist in failure, sacked from the same club, twice.
Yeah that's my concern. Big game at the weekend. With Maureen in charge you could have seen more of the same and Fat Sam getting one over on the 'specialist', but now he's gone it could lift a cloud from the players and they actually remember how to play again !
Yes, I can't believe that players who cruised to an league title last year have suddenly just turned to ****. Yes, some of them are past their sell by, but collectively they're a lot better than we've been seeing so far this season.
There's no way a team that won the league at a canter just over 7 months ago can suddenly turn to relegation fodder. I think we'll find out the reasons behind Chelsea's demise over the next few days and weeks, but I suspect it's a combination of factors, all whipped up into a drama queen **** storm by Mourinho and the players confidence has been shot to pieces. I'd expect them to pick up almost immediately now he's out of the picture.
Problem for Chelsea though is that they need something like 19 wins from the remaining 22 games to get the (average) points needed for top 4. They would need to go on one hell of a run to achieve that !
I don't have the exact details, but it was a few seasons ago, PIX. [Nurse! Get ready with the popcorn, I'm lining one up for a complete epi]
