I was thinking of buying a few and handing them out to appropriate girls.

Elmo likes watching balls. I think he forgets he's playing football sometimes and thinks he is sat in a deckchair watching swans or something.

I've been to the Liberty Stadium & they have proper seats, not deck chairs. He must be in a world of pure imagination.

I don't now. In my 20s and 30s I enjoyed myself but now I sit at a desk working hard. When I'm out and about and see somebody interesting I'll chat for fun but still think I'm a naughty schoolboy rather than a 60-odd year old guy.

Sad but true - it's all we old sods have left. I just hope re-incarnation is a reality.

With Dawson injured, Hernandez is by far our best player. His attitude and work-rate is incredible compared to last season. I don't agree with PLT that he's only good at tap-ins. His first touch is brilliant, he's very good on the ball and he links up well with other players. He could improve his shooting accuracy from distance and try and play off the shoulder of oppositions' defence a bit more. Akpom should be dropped, in favour of Diame, Maloney or even Snodgrass and Diomande if they're up to it.

Those points really impressed me in last night's game - seen it before, but it really came through in spades in the second half when Maloney & Snodgrass came on as they recognised how to utilize his strengths.
First half he had no-one to back him up - well maybe a couple of times "Dave" did, but no-one else..

I think the appropriate modern term is 'airhead' Peter. He has problems concentrating. I remember David James blaming staying up late at night playing Nintendo games for the same kind of thing in the 90's, maybe Elmo needs to cut back on certain activities outside football. I've seen him in Costa Coffee early in the morning so maybe I will ask him!

Just gave him a shake and say "Pull yourself together and act like a footballer!"
