After being away for 8 years I'm seriously thinking of coming back to the hoops next season.
Just trying to work out what would be best to do,season ticket or membership.
Looking to do my sums so just to give me an idea can someone let me know the price of membership this season and match day ticket prices. Need both adult & child prices.
Will miss a few games midweek etc. But want to see what's the best for me and my very excited lad!!
    Thanks in advance

    Welcome to the asylum pd66qpr.
Depends on how many games you think you can get to. I have a membership as I live in Norfolk and can't get to midweek games so suits me best.

I'm in Northampton and will have the same problem.
Trying to show my (very excited) lad they we would be better to get memberships rather than season tickets.
I've had a count up and it looks like 16 or 17 home games this season on a Saturday so 16x match tickets + membership compared to a season ticket.

Assuming your lad is school age, and given your location, I would have thought it's a membership.
Unless, of course, the unimaginable happens and we get promoted again in which case the frozen ST price for next year is excellent value.

Welcome pd. I would say just get the season tickets. There may be a small price differential but the convenience of not having to book individual tickets is worth it.

Plus, when we're promoted, you don't have to fret about availability.

    Thanks both.
When I had a season ticket before it was the tear out voucher book type so if I couldn't go just past it onto one of the other QPR lads up here in Northampton.
Don't think it's that easy anymore!!

Welcome to the board pd66. From what you've said so far, I think a membership is the way to go. If that works for you maybe think about a S/T next season if your lad catches the bug.

Lol - thank you. Trying to explain to my son that there will be more bad days than good, but wouldn't have it any other way.

Pd I'm in Milton Keynes and I've just done memberships last couple of seasons, mid weeks are a no go and we have no problem at moment getting tickets for the home games. I can't make early kick offs either when moved for TV so I've worked out it just seems financially more sensible.
I also bought the flexi offer where you get to pick 5 games for £99 (49 I think for boy) really good as can pick and book your seats for the games you want until end of season.
Every year I toy with the season ticket but just can't justify to myself. Whatever you chose your boy will love it!

MKRanger71 Is that flexi offer available all season? We might be as well to get one of those at the beginning of the season and again once we have done the first 5 games. Looks like a great solution. Thanks.
By the way, are you on Facebook or Twitter? We have a QPR Northamptonshire group with a few from Milton Keynes in it.

I think those deals only kick in once the season is well underway, but I may be wrong. And if you get a membership remember to get your tickets in the pre general sale window when you get a little discount. I always forget and end up paying full price, a disgraceful £32 to see us against Huddersfield. It was €21 to see AC Milan last month.
