Or, what if a rival fan having a laugh makes some comments that you happen to agree with because it suits your MO. Pretty sad wouldn't you say, requiring justification from rival fans to support your view point.

Still, at least there's nobody like that around... <whistle>

Feel free to contribute. Did you cheer Moyes? I'm guessing so as you have stated a desire for his return, or at least suggested it may be a positive thing. So you are well placed to give an opinion. Care to share?

Wouldnt the simple answer to the OP be to go to a game and actually ask the fans? You get to see a live game as well. Bonus <ok>

Who needs help. To be fair Stan, under your NOF guise you didn't really talk about Moyes much. You did say I was a plastic for thinking he wasn't good enough but you were younger then, probably a whole different fan back in those days.

Of course you will deny it, your incapable of holding your hands up and saying you were wrong. A sad trait in a person IMO bit who am I to judge, fella?

Manage to find those posts you are looking for? Page 8, Palace match day?thread

Found them, posted them, you tried to backtrack and failed.

Fairly certain you were pro Moyes to begin with. I'll dig those posts out as well!

It would be better if those suggesting such things went themselves. Not once a year either. I can't really take anyone who suggests this seriously unless they are a regular, today, not 20 years ago or in the 80s (someone explain the obsession with the 80s, please).

So Treble, your season ticket? You have one... Yeh?

I would be shocked of you said no. Absolutely and utterly gobsmacked.

    Good luck with that.

I was the only one who saw Moyes as it was. Want the links to that as well? Its a bit sad having to dig up old **** but well, you're special so exceptions have to be made.

But Luv isnt having a laugh is he. If you think he's on a wum on this, you really are a closed minded insecure baffoon. He's an intelligent poster and has hit the nail on the head. The fact you can't see it shows why it's pointless trying to engage with you. I have to say there are a vast majority of rival fans that speak more sense than you.

I never called for Moyes sacking. That doesnt mean I was happy with his football or that I was cheering on dismal performances during his tenure. The reason I bring him up is to highlight the double standards of twonks like you. The ones who didnt like him bcos he wasnt a big name, and now will defend the sh1te Van Gaal serves up bcos he is a big name. You just dont like the raw comparison. Van Gaal is a spoofer fella.

I'm content to accept we'll be treading water for the next 18 months and wont likely be successful under him. And that's ok, it's not about the glory, but I'll be fcked if I'm going to wax lyrical about the thick pea soup he serves up every week.

Not at all. I go to about 6 to 7 games a season. I've done that for years. Combine that with having a circle of friends who either are season ticket holders or go to about the same number of games as me.

But that's neither here nor there. It's you asking the question in the OP <doh>

Luv was. Though he did have a good chat. Its quite clear that certain posters enjoy myself, you and Stan having our little battles and actively encourage them. The same people turn up every time, saying the same stuff. So it is predicable.

So now you have confirmed you didn't actively want Moyes sacked, and I've come to realise that 'get him the **** out of the club" doesn't mean you want him sacked.... Infact, no. Talk about double standards ffs!

I hold my hands up. I was just like you with Moyes. Reading back its cringeworthy and people were right. I was OTT. Still glad he's gone and was vindicated after months of abuse from some posters..... Wonder who eh?..... Yep.

And to be fair, by March and the Liverpool gane you had finally had enough of him. To your credit you finally called it as it was. Fair play.

I've no doubt you can provide links of you slating Moyes. Same as you can provide links of you being pro Herrera. We know how that went! Anyway going to take the dog for a walk. Chat later. I may even share your hilarious theory as to why Martial ended up on the left wing!

So... let me get this right, Luv is on a wum, certain posters enjoy this repertoire between you and those who disagree with you.... And your answer to this is to start a thread, out of the blue, on the Premier League board? Nice work Einstein.

As for the rest of your post, I see we're once again at the point in the debate where you start making stuff up about what ppl have or havent said. You should host Jackanory ffs.

..me .. me .. me ... I know this one ... is it because his left leg is shorter than his right, which makes him spiral in circles with a left hand bias? :)

You and Stan love to bring up your pals. Get them to sign up, more the merrior eh?

And fair enough. Though why do you believe it gives you a superior opinion? I mean, had I gone ahead with my ST this season, and if she wasn't expecting then I would have, would my opinion suddenly be > yours?

I don't think so. Its a cheap cop out and one United fans have stolen from the biggest dickheads in the world.

Ask Stan why Rooney ended up on the left wing, and why Ronaldo played right, left centre for us. Or why Giggs ended up on midfield on a champions league final after the stuff with his brothers wife came out.

Stan will know the answer. I have no doubts.

It was pretty funny wasn't it? Who plays young strokers who had played all but 12 games as a left winger.... On the left wing. Madness, Stan, absolute madness.

Somebody should do something about it. I hope your walking your dog right up to his office so it can have a **** on his desk.

Well its better than anything Stan will come up with to be fair.

But really, going mad over a player playing left wing, a position he's quite comfortable with, a position every manager he's played under felt was a good fit is a bit silky, isn't it?

He had played 12 games as a striker when Stan was writing him off as an overpriced flop when we signed him. Stan used this to question his ability to improve our attack. Denials will follow. Like clockwork.

You need to get rid of the chip on your shoulder and start listening with an open mind to what ppl are saying. For starters nobody thinks they're being superior, they're simply sharing or giving some insight of their experience when they go to games. It's not rocket science fella.

And I go back to the original point. YOU are the one asking questions about the match going fans in YOUR OP. Not me. My answer is to go ask them. Maybe even catch a live game. Wouldnt that best answer your question?

    To get us started:

"I like this guy now. Didnt think I would but he says all the right things and speaks very well of the club, players, staff and of course has huge respect for Everton. Nothing bitter about this man, no silly stuff just here to concentrate on managing the club."
