IF the good things are over shadowed, a factor in that would be the good things getting scant attention, whilst some not bad things get spun into dramas. Little wonder the club aren't too interested in talking to some fans, when negativity and division seems to be their starting point. Perhaps a new approach from these fans should be considered.
No. It wasn't like this three years ago was it? That's such an incredibly weak argument to people being annoyed with something. It's the kind of thing you'd expect from a 13-year old daughter. I can't stand this self-hating attitude that it's all the fans' fault.
Like this? No. This isn't an Allam thing. We have always had groups of fans who complain. You will never ever keep all of our fans happy ever. There will always be moaners. Trust me. It was ever this way and will always be. Nothing to do with 13 year old girls which frankly is a bizarre metaphor. No one is blaming anyone either. It's just how our support is.
The division among the fans in the past year or two has been at a completely different level to anything we've seen on the past, that's been reflected on here along with all other City forums and social media. There may well always be something that someone wants to complain about, but hopefully at some point in the not too distant, it will return to a situation where those complaints were just about who started at right back and not about the nonsense that continues to antagonise the fans at the moment.
I don't really agree with a fair bit of that, however, what it does seem to highlight is the need for fans to unite and focus on the common ground, rather than just people trying to find 'injustice'.
The SAG isn't anything to do with the club talking to the fans. It's obviously good that the club agree that there should be a fan on the SAG, but it would be a hell of a stretch to suggest it's a dialogue between the club and the fans.
Didn't hear any, but then again, the crowd were making a hell of noise. Most likely the producer is a goal music hater & filtered any out of the transmission. Great team performance btw. The Mourinho Killer Foxes ?
Apologies for not bothering to read back this whole thread...but have the club actually said whether they will be continuing with goal music or not?
They've dropped it thankfully and promised to consult the fans in the future. I won't hold my breath.
Thanks I didn't see that formally stated anywhere (which means presumably it was in HDM...which is obviously unusable online!)
