The Chairboys welcome the oldest professional football club in the world to Adams Park for a re-arranged fixture, with the original game being postponed due to the Magpies having international call ups, so you would expect with all those international players in their team they would be flying high at the top of the league, but that is not the case as they sit in mid-table. Apart from JJ and Beany Gaz has a fully fit squad to choose from and I expect Gary Thompson to start up front against his old team alongside Hayes. I can't make this one as I'm working until 10pm but after a wasted trip with no game on Saturday the lads should be fresh and raring to go and I'm expecting a Chairboys win which will take us to within touching distance of the play off places
No betting thread for tonight as just the one game If anyone wants a bet on this game I'll take it Wycombe (13/10) Draw (5/2) Notts County (23/10)
We need to improve at home as this is the 1st of 5 games in 25 days at Adams Park,i'll take a lucky dull 1-0 win to keep up with the teams in the play offs, considering we have Oxford at home on Saturday who have won their last 3 visits we need a win tonight.
Big game tonight - we have to be winning our games in hand to keep pressure on the play-off places I will be interested to see what he does with the team - i dont expect the likes of thompson to play in both this and the oxford game and gaz doesnt seem to like starting holloway if he is unmotivated (hopefully the oxford game may bring the best out of him)
Starting XI: Ingram, McCarthy, Stewart, Pierre, Jacobson, Harriman, Bloomfield, O'Nien, Wood, Hayes, Amadi-Holloway #WYCvNOT
