Lukaku & potential January targets

    I've been reading rumours that we would launch a 50m bid for his services. I would love this to come true as I would rather have him in the team than any of the other targets including Ronaldo. One, he is proven in the Premier league. Two, he is young. Last but not least, he is direct and powerful. If we could pair him up with Martial, I can see 35-40 goals a season between them which would make a massive difference to our prospects of challenging toward the latter part of the season and into the future.

    He's a good player but he can be a bit wasteful. I saw some of the Norwich game and he should have had Everton out of sight in the first half. He does guarantee goals though.

    I'd struggle morally with that one!!!

    Better player than Lukaku though and far more suited to what we require alongside Martial but I can honestly say I'd find it difficult watching him a United shirt.

    Suarez is now 28. I would take a 23 year old at 70% efficiency of Suarez for 50m than paying 80m for Suarez. I doubt Barca would sell him anyway.
