No.. I think we've got people making decisions that haven't much of a clue themselves and aren't sure of the advice they're given and whatever they try seems to be met with negativity and derision.

Not everything they do is met with derision, they're commended for things they get right and they always grateful for the positive feedback, they just don't get enough right.

I haven't counted, it's just how it comes over, but with the odd exception, the bulk of responses from some on here seem largely negative to anything from the club.

Even the **** up of goal music could be pushed as a positive, as the club are showing they agree they got it wrong and are asking for help. It could be an opportunity it to help improve the matchday experience.

It'd be good if people could start to look for positives, instead of even good things ending with a negative but.

If you take over a business you don't understand, then employ someone who does understand it, it's not rocket science.

    Pricing is ****ed up.

PR and marketing is disastrously bad.

You need to get the fundamentals right before you start worrying about the specifics.

Maybe, maybe not, but a real positive is we have achieved more than at any other time in our history. Maybe a more positive approach from sections of the support could spread. It's at least worth a try, as the negativity doesn't seem too productive.

The club needs to jack in the stupidity, when they do the fans negativity will disappear.

Is that sound bite marketing or PR?

I think there's more to it than that, but staying negative because 'they started it', doesn't seem too promising or supportive,.

Painted himself into a corner with the price increase before knowing which division we would be in due to his fit of pique at not getting the name change (and supposedly having to replace all the money lost because of it, though there was not any deals dependent on it in reality). Seeing as a season pass works out at £23 a game there was no room to manoeuvre for a half season pass, so they had to charge £300 to maintain the same cost per game. Doesn't look,so great when you can get a full season pass at some PL for not much more.

It's got nothing to do with who started it, the club is doing stupid things, not the fans, people are not going to move on until they stop being antagonised.

That's not how it looks, but that aside, the club are also doing some good things, although that doesn't get mentioned as much, and they haven't been guilty of all the bad things hurled their way.

Let's face it, something different needs to be tried, as whining on here doesn't seem to be working. If anything, it just adds to the divisions and weariness.

The problem is the good things are overshadowed by the the far more frequent bad things and they're not going to turn things around until this ceases to be the case.

Today I received a Christmas card from the club, there isn't a single mention of Hull City on it, they'd be better off not sending me anything.

I know some issues are being addressed going forward, such as pricing and attempts at improving the atmosphere, but even then they ask the fans what they want, then do the opposite.

They need to get the fans back on board and they're not going to do that until they bin the Hull Tigers nonsense once and for all and start a dialogue with the fans.

    No it wouldn't.

We could be in Leicesters position and we'd still have people moaning about some players, wanting the Allams to go and for Bruce to be replaced. Plus of course moaning about flaskers and plastics.

The negativity will never go. Best you can hope for is it being moved. It's how we roll.

Okay, amend my 'disappear' to 'reduce dramatically', it doesn't change the fact that it's ridiculous not to deal with it.

I think that sums up this regime over the last 5 years.

However, a further problem the Allams have is that by their nature they only employ people that agree with them.

We're not the only ones that have introduced 'Goal Music' this season.

Apparently, Man U also adopted the same policy back in September but no one's heard it yet cos they haven't scored at home since...
