For anyone who's at work and can't ope that link, it says - We've an update on shirts - we've fulfilled all of our pre orders(all seven of them), the last of which went by recorded deliver last night (Thursday), and the rest of which are available from agreed collection points NOW(that's another two), with Tiger Leisure at the KC staying open until 6pm tonight for collections. Anyone wishing to purchase the new shirt can pop down at any time, as we have roughly 29,991 of them in stock(all sizes still available).

If there was ever an article that translated as 'so there!', that was it. It's like when your mate buys a car and you goes out and buy a better one, leaving him to think up selling points of his, slightly true or otherwise, despite the fact it's much, much worse. In fact, it's just awful.

The evidence will very much be at match days, I personally think it's bollocks. I sent the club an e mail telling them the kit design, sponsor and the sponsor to shirt application was Ill thought out and at best shoddy. I'm still awaiting a response!

They used the word "reassuringly". They might as well have just said "Phew".

yes but what's that shirt got to do with HCAFC? same goes for you Tour de France post. I'm a massive golf fan too but I don't post golf stuff on the football forum..

Ok mate - not really anything to do with City and football, I admit. My only point was that it had a reason behind it. The City shirt is a tad pathetic (but I still support the team/club).

As for the TdF thread, it finishes Sunday. And I did check with the Mod/OLM if it was OK to run it. He said yes, as there were a number of folks who were interested.

Babe of the Day? Books? Pubs? It's all just a filler until the season starts.

I thought about posting an Open thread last week, but I was afraid nobody would reply :embarrassed: You would have debated golf with me tigercity.

A bit of light hearted off topic discussion doesn't do anyone any harm.

It looks it. It would have only been 2 of us debating the golf, so maybe I'm glad I gave it a miss <laugh>

I'd have joined in! Thrilled for Clarke, it's a happy time to be British Golf fan...even better if you were Northern Irish...

3 majors in 6 for N.Ireland. That's astonishing when you think about it. I had money on Westwood and Garcia however, so things didn't go so well for me...

And here we go with the golf debate ;)

More so when you consider as well that it's 3 different winners. If it were one winner you could put it down to a one off thing, like George Best in football, this has to be something to do with the courses/conditions as they grew up and the coaches they had. Any links between them?
