    Spag bol. 5/10. The bol was lovely but the spag was most lacking. More expected tomorrow as it’s the Coalface Christmas Dinner. Festive fun and frolics at the ‘top table’ from Noon to 4 o’clock.

    I expect that there was much celebration on the site on Saturday after Mr Ponsonby, the forum’s second favourite owner, obliged at Graded level. I see the great man has already outlined the near to medium future for his Who Dares Wins – Cheltenham Trials Day, the Triumph, Ascot Stakes and Ebor. I’m sure I speak for everyone, and I do mean everyone, on the forum when I say, ‘I hope you win them all, Mr Ponsonby’.

    Arsenal have a chance of winning Premier League this season despite their injury list! Because City and Utd are not winning games they should, and Chelsea are nearer relegation zone than top 4!

    I wonder if Black Hercules is worth a punt in the 4 miler, he was bought by Patrick Mullins, they like to give him a good ride in the race. He has admitted that he let his heart rule his head when picking him in the Champion Bumper in 2014. 16/1 with Powers

    Cheers, Patrick will be trying to get him in the 4 Miler but this could be like Don Poli all over again! I'm trying to think what else Mullins has for the RSA, Outlander? Milseain? Pont Alexandre? Killultagh Vic?
