The very lovely Mrs Godders:emoticon-0115-inlov bought me one of these for a gift several years ago and I am wearing it as I type. It is faded and tatty now but I continue to wear it in recognition of the greatest goalie ever to pull on an England shirt.

I wish Gordon well and hope that he wins this latest battle.

It's not a hoverboard. It has wheels and they're touching the ground.

It does happen see Fran - I agree!. The only reason I've been thinking about a smart phone is because it seems the only way to buy and show a coach ticket! (how do 80 year olds buy a coach ticket?)

I'm saying this because last year (on my annual Christmas trip home from Serbia) I booked a coach from my daughters in Gloucester to Heathrow on line. She didn't have a printer and I didn't have a smart phone so I wrote the ticket details down on a piece of paper. Took me 10 minutes to persuade the bus driver to let me on the bus because my piece of paper didn't have the bar codey box thing. Not being age-ist (I hope) I thought just how does an 80 year old book a bloody bus ticket? You can't buy one at the station (not Gloucester anyway). The bus driver told me if you don't have a computer (with printer) or a smart phone you can go to the Post Office and they will do it for you and print the ticket. Technology gone too far? When some clever bastard crashes the internet (which I'm sure will happen one day) I'll be glad I have a wood burning stove!

Ordinary human reaction to bunch of kids singing is brief smile and rapid exit.

I actually loved the first one. Maybe because I had the hots for the lady playing Will Smith's wife :)
