All he is doing is expressing concern with Uniteds play at the moment and with the managers ability to turn it around. You find that equal to treason. Like when you kept saying Di Maria was fantastic. Get your head out of the sand
I'm not even talking about yesterday's game. We lost a league game, big deal!!! But if you're going to talk about injuries, how many players in United's squad were making their first start on the league? At least three of them. I don't that Bournemouth had three new starters yesterday. That is already 30% efficiency gone. Then add the second strings to it and we are talking about a team at 50% their usual strength.
To be fair he's right in that everyone on the board, regardless of club loyalty, who has had a discussion with you considers you to be a prize twonk. Apart from cytrax who seems to be flipping between an LVG disciple one second to saying LVG has ****ed up a lot the next second. Facts is facts UIR. On the upside you do come out with some absolute pearlers when trying to defend LVG. So you're quite an amusing twonk.
Firstly, I'll remind you again, and I'm getting a bit tired of repeating this, the results masked our performances. I've only ever criticised our performances. Because inevitably (as has happened) the performances have caught up with our results. So you saying "even when were on a good run of results" is irrelevant to anything I posted bcos the performances were largely always poor. Secondly, the game against Everton (the thread is there) is one where I applauded the performance. I also added that, such a performance was only important if we could deliver it for the following 10 games. Guess what, we haven't. This isn't just one week's poor performance mate, this has been the case ALL season except for a couple of games here or there. I was saying this before the Everton game, following the games against Swansea and Newcastle. Underperforming under Fergie is also a fair point, but the style of our football wasn't at fault. You couldn't say we were playing 5hit bcos we passed the ball without purpose. When we talk about under-performing under Van Gaal, what we're talking about is the style of our football. It's shockingly 5hite and nothing like we've seen anywhere in the prem or europe tbh.
The injuries are a reasonable excuse, although given the amount of money thrown at the squad we should be able to cope with an injury crisis better than most clubs, certainly better than Bournemouth (which we didn't). The team selection and substitutions were incompetent though. Only the completely biased would disagree with that. Or they might just blame Giggs and the fans.
Yep, according to some that means I'm not a United fan. I think that speaks volumes about their insecurities of their own support
This is what some people are failing (refusing?) to understand as it would effectively mean they would have to admit they were wrong. Yes we were getting results, which is the only thing that matters to people who started supporting the club because they were getting the best results, but the football was **** and predictable so it seemed inevitable that at some point other teams would suss United and the results would tail off. We were playing **** and predictable football and getting results. Now we're playing **** and predictable football and not getting results.
Team? This isn't some teen movie Stan, just 4 more balanced posters. Their views are easy to find. I suppose I could have claimed the whole site.... But that would have been stupid. Glad nobodies done that, eh?
This. In a nutshell. And nobody can say this is just something some of us have suddenly come up with. We were saying this 10+ games ago ffs.
The bile that goes beyond anything Liverpool fans on here throw at us suggests you're not. Of course you are though, just a miserable one. Someone's got to be.
The style is shockingly ****? Yet you've seen Jose Mourinho set up his team, right? To the style of our football under the latter years of Fergie, many criticized it back then too. But that's irrelevant now. My gripe is not the style because it has gradually got better but people are still stuck on talking shyte about the style. We lost two games this past week but the style was not at fault. Our ability to be efficient in front of goal was the killer. Not the style!!! Also, how can you expect 10games straight to match Everton performance? Let's get real here! Not even Barca play ten games playing at 10/10. Anyway, we need strikers. That's the bottomline.
