Good Morning everyone, Cellino has been cleared of charges of tax evasion relating to the transfer of two players during his time as owner of Italian club Cagliari. He was acquitted by a court in Sardinia today after his lawyers successfully argued that a government ruling introduced last year meant the alleged offences were no longer punishable under Italian law. One down, a few more to go. Sol Bamba will not be fit for the Charlton game. Steve Evans says he'll definitely be back for Wolves away As reported by Glory, Brighton want Bridcutt in January. Evans has different ideas and says he has agreement on all sides for Leeds to extend his loan next month. Five of Leeds next six games are against teams currently sat 14th or below (Derby the exception). How many points can Leeds rack up during this time?
Morning Elland and co from the canal. It doesn't matter one toss who Evans has assurances, the key issue is who does Bridcutt WANT to play for in January. If it's Brighton, nothing our silver tongued coach can do about it. That's another problem with loaning players, they can basically do as they please. Cellino still facing FL ban but more worryingly no sign of a credible buyer appearing except Glorys effort last weekend when he got found out
Let's be clear if Brighton want Bridcot and offer him a permanent deal he will go unless Cellino changes the habit of a lifetime and more than matches their offer. Cellino won't ever win signatures because he doesn't pay market rates. That's why we have a squad full of league one standard ****e no one else wants and the homegrown "gems" will be off at the first opportunity, so Bridcot will go in all probability. Evans "there are other Bridcots" comment won't exactly have endeared Bridcot to the club..... Anything less than 10 points from the next five and we remain in trouble these are teams we need to beat as they will be around us at seasons end....
Morning Eire, that wasn't Glory . What makes you think that? I know what you are saying, but I reckon it will work out for Leeds in January.
I am curious what he is on about. It's bad enough that he confuses leedslover and Leeds of London but if his memory is failing this badly it's no wonder he walks the poor dog in a canal.....
You were masquerading as a prospective buyer with intention of getting cheap or free admission to upcoming matches and Cellino rumbled you straight away. He's sharper than you thought
Morning all. I can't see us doing much in January apart from selling Byram. If Sunderland want him that could be the ace card if we wish to sign Bridcutt on a permanent deal.
