<laugh> What a crap movie Tusk is. Even Kevin Smith calls it a piece of ****, and he directed it.

Yeah, watch the Korean original. The American one is awful and nowhere near as good.

Only problem is you now know the twist.

Just looked it up, it's korean, from 2003, hope it's dubbed
I don't mind subtitles so long as they give me time to read them..

a couple of "foreign language " movies i really enjoyed are

Zwartboek (Black Book) - a dutch movie revolving around the Dutch resistance during WW2
Kraftidioten - (In Order of disappearance) - norwegian movie with a great setting and brooding dad
Children of God - about a couple of kids growing up in Rio , a camera , a gun and gang life - pretty brutal
House of Flying Daggers- usually in my top 5 movies of all time

Do you mean City of God?

    Personal foreign faves:
    Akira
Anything by Akira Kurosawa - Seven Samurai, Rashomon, Yojimbo, Hidden Fortress, etc.
Anything by Studio Ghibli - Spirited Away, Princess Mononoke, Grave of the Fireflies, etc.
Anything by Sergio Leone - The Man with No Name trilogy, Once Upon a Time in America, etc.
    Battle Royale
    Bicycle Thieves
    Ghost in the Shell
    The Three Colours trilogy
    The Battle of Algiers
    Battleship Potemkin
    Seventh Seal
    Wages of Fear

There's dozens and dozens more, won't list them all.
