He'd also sort out the attitude of the players too.

Good - I wonder if the new Manager - whomever it is - has told Huw that he wants to bring in his own back room staff, and Huw is doing the "dirty work" now, rather than have the new guy have to do it ?

Jenkins's has isolated the club from any manager of substance wanting to take the job ....between the manner of the axing of Laudrup and the meddling in the affairs of Monk during his reign , nobody wants to come and ATTEMPT to manage the club with the "Dictator " hovering over them ....and frankly , who could blame anyone .
Jenkins has become thorn in the club's side.

I agree. We need an entire clear out of the backroom staff (excluding Curtis of course)

Why the question mark ? Monk was lucky if we was in on half the decisions managers normally make .

Whoever gets the job , Jenkins better put a lock on his lips and worry only about the state of finances at the club ONLY.
Jenkins was trying to blow his own horn for hiring Monk by signing him to a long term contract when he shouldn't have and now we have no money to pay him outright, Monk will get his money in stages .
Meanwhile we have a 7 million pound healthy CB benched in between Tabanou and Eder which cost 8.5 million pounds .
    Pretty expensive bookends
These three player and Monks buyout cost us 20 pounds .
Jenkins should be made to pay Monks buyout and I wonder what part he played in those three players coming in .

He should have payed that much as a penalty for being a control freak , and a not very good one at that .
Early success has created a monster out of Jenkins , a monster no one seems to want to work for .
