Smalling being injured is a problem for us. He and Jones are the only two established centre halves in the squad. I blame the players for the fact that we don't have any depth at centre half, right back, right wing or striker.

I think that LVG deliberately lost that match to get us into the Europa (just ask the RS. thast's the height of their ambition !) . This is where the best teams end up in. The CL is full of mercenaries and the football played is dire. The Europa is a fanstastic competition. LVG will put our youngsters in it and give them European experience. And in a couple of seasons, he'll build a CL winning team. You've heard it here first

Any decent manager plays to his teams strengths. I may be on my own here, but our attack isn't our strong point just now. Feel free to disagree though.
There are worse combinations of Martial running off Mata's passing, in my opinion. There's only Vardy in the league who's smashing in shed loads. All joking aside, good game last night.
