At 27-28 years? this is the expected peak of most top strikers.

He will be the first striker to have a double peak. Think of it as Twin Peaks if you will. The second coming will be here soon... or by the age of 40. At that point you will accept Wazza is the best scouser to have ever kicked a football. And he played for Manchester United <diva>

Wayne's the biggest name to ever come out of Liverpool. That's not saying much, some hippies in a yellow sub, a slag, a drag queen and John Bishop. Not exactly crawling with talent. More famous for its criminal underground and for youths battering coppers (today's news).

Wayne did right and scaped the hell though he was part of the better part of Liverpool, the peoples part.

Being scouse though is likely to drive anyone to drink. Probably crack too.

Perhaps, but given he started at least three years earlier than most it's understandable he'd deteriorate sooner. Given he's fond of a pie and pint with his natural body type, he was never going to be one to go on much beyond late 20s.

Where do you live again? Isn't it the cultural Mecca that is Burnley?

Have you been to Liverpool this Century like?

Yeh. Its a massive **** hole. No offense, most cities are bar the odd area. Last time I went someone got bricked outside a nightclub. Doesn't leave you with the best memories of a place.

Anyway, take no offense. I was just setting up the likes of Page. Surprised he didn't mention the Irish tbh.
