    Should van Gaal be sacked, which I doubt, then yes.

    If Luis sees out his contract then no as I think Guardiola will be waiting.

    Fact is, both are creaming themselves at the prospect of succeeding van Gaal which can only be a good thing.

    Don't rate Carlo as hes a cup manager and I don't think he would handle the job at all. Hr works best at clubs where everything is set up and very little work needs to be done.

    However of Pep wasn't available when van Gaal retires, then as a short term option, it would be an option, however a manager who prioritises domestic league success is preferable.
