    Floods don't clean up easily either. We still have roads closed and bridges and dams down from our own flood here a few months back.

    Just be careful and watch warning signs. Many of the deaths in the following weeks here was from idiots moving barricades and crossing dangerous roads... Or people who came by later (completely innocent) who didn't see the barricades that others had moved.
